| A native of Stonington, Illinois, Mr. Garwood obtained his Bachelor of Science degree summa cum laude from Southern Illinois University in 2004. He received his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Illinois in 2007. After practicing for one year in Sullivan, he joined Costigan & Wollrab, P.C. in 2008. | ||
