Ms. Leifheit was born and raised in Bloomington, Illinois. She obtained her Bachelor's Degree from Illinois Wesleyan University in 2013. Her legal career began just prior to graduation in 2012, working at a local private firm, during which time she also earned a post-baccalaureate certificate in Legal Studies in 2015. She joined the firm of Costigan & Wollrab as a law clerk in 2021, and received her Juris Doctorate from Loyola University Chicago in 2022. Ms. Leifheit lives in Bloomington with her husband, Ben, and their three children.
